Built in Middle Tennessee, for the people who run the ribbon cuttings
ChamberGenie is the chamber platform from RenzaGroup, a software company that has been building in Middle Tennessee since 2012.
Why we built it
Chambers and Main Street programs run on small staffs, volunteer boards and long to-do lists. The software most of them use keeps a record of the work. It does not do the work.
So the ribbon cutting still needs someone to order the ribbon, call the mayor's office and chase the photos afterwards. Renewals still need someone to chase. And when the board asks what members get for their dues, someone still builds the answer by hand.
ChamberGenie is our answer: software that finishes the jobs it starts, so the people at the chamber can spend their week with members instead of on follow-ups.
The system does the work, and members receive value without having to log in.
What we hold to
- Value without a login
- Most members will never sign in to anything, and they should not have to. Reports, pay pages, digests and event pages all arrive where members already are: their inbox and your website.
- Drafts, not decisions
- ChamberGenie writes the first version of events, notes and reports. A person on your staff reviews and sends. Nothing goes out in your chamber's name without you.
- Your money, your books
- Dues are paid into your own Stripe account and synced to your own QuickBooks. We do not sit between your chamber and its money.
- One chamber's data is one chamber's data
- Every chamber's records are kept apart from every other chamber's, and that rule is enforced in every query the platform runs.
