Everything a chamber office does, with the follow-through built in

Eleven parts of one platform. Each one finishes the job it starts: the event gets its tasks, the invoice gets its reminders, the member gets their report.

Events

Event Genie

One sentence in, a full event out. Event Genie writes the title, the description, the meta and search descriptions and the social copy, then attaches the logistics flow for that kind of event. You review every field side by side with what you would have written, then publish.

  • Drafts from a sentence or a forwarded email
  • Listing, search descriptions and social copy in one pass
  • Nothing goes public until you publish it

Events

Logistics flows

Each event type carries its own checklist, and every task is dated from the event day. The ribbon cutting flow ships ready to use; edit it, or build flows for luncheons, golf outings and after-hours mixers.

  • Tasks land on the staff list with due dates
  • Move the event and the tasks move with it
  • Follow-ups after the event are part of the flow

Ribbon cutting flow

  1. Order ribbon and scissors14 days before

  2. Notify city officials10 days before

  3. Book the photographer10 days before

  4. Social announcement7 days before

  5. Reminder to attendees1 day before

  6. Cut the ribbonEvent day

  7. Thank-you note and photo request1 day after

Events

Email-in

Members already email you about their events. Forward that email to your chamber's events address and a draft event is waiting when you get back to your desk. Replies to renewal emails are filed on the invoice they answer.

  • One events address per chamber
  • Drafts, never auto-publishes
  • Renewal replies threaded onto the invoice

Hi! We are hosting a free financial literacy workshop at the library on the 22nd, 6 to 7:30pm. Could the chamber help spread the word? Dana, Riverbend Credit Union

Draft event created

Financial literacy workshop, hosted by Riverbend Credit Union. Library, the 22nd, 6:00 to 7:30pm. Waiting for your review.

Dues

Renewals on autopilot

Dues schedules create each invoice 45 days before the renewal date and send a pay page that opens from the email, no login. If it sits unpaid, reminders go out at 30, 14, 7 and 0 days and once more a week later. Members who never pay are marked lapsed, and you decide what happens next.

  • Magic-link pay page, no member login
  • Reminder schedule you can edit
  • Everything mirrored to QuickBooks Online

Dues

Payments and your books

Dues and registrations are paid into your chamber's own Stripe account through Stripe Connect, so the money settles to you. Customers, invoices and payments sync to QuickBooks Online, and you can see what synced and when.

  • Your Stripe account, your payouts
  • QuickBooks Online sync with a history you can check
  • Mailchimp and Constant Contact connectors are on the way

Members

Member ROI report

Once a quarter, every member gets a letter with their own numbers: how often their directory listing was viewed, clicks through to their website, the events they came to and the posts that got replies. Preview any member's letter, or send one today before a renewal call.

  • Built from real activity, not estimates
  • Preview and send on demand
  • Arrives by email; nothing to log in to

Members

Engagement score and churn radar

Every night each member is scored from 0 to 100 on how engaged they are. Your dashboard lists the members who are slipping, each with a short personal note already drafted in your voice, ready to edit and send.

  • Scores refresh nightly
  • At-risk list on the dashboard
  • A drafted note for each member, sent only by you

Members

Community feed

A place for members to post news, ask for referrals, share deals, list jobs and give shout-outs. A weekly digest email brings the best of it to everyone, including the members who never sign in. Turn it on or off in Settings.

  • Posts, referral requests, deals, jobs and shout-outs
  • Weekly digest email
  • One switch to turn it on or off

Public site

Your public directory and calendar

A public site for your chamber with a member directory and category filters, a page for each member, an events calendar with subscribable feeds, event pages with registration and a join form. Each piece can also be embedded on the website you already have with one tag.

  • yourchamber.chambergenie.app, ready on day one
  • Calendar feeds for phones and Outlook
  • Embeds for your existing website

Data

Ask-the-data reports

Ask a question the way a board member would and get a table back. Save the ones you like as reports, export to CSV and schedule them. Questions only ever read your chamber's data, never change it.

  • Plain-English questions
  • Saved and scheduled reports
  • CSV export

Ask a question

Which restaurant members joined this year, and have they renewed?

Example answer
MemberJoinedRenewal
Square DinerFeb 3Paid
Mill Street TacosApr 18Invoice sent
The Depot GrillJul 9Not due yet

Save as a report, export to CSV or schedule it monthly.
